Complete CAC Intercooler Boot Kit Ford 7.3L Powerstroke 99-03
This complete kit consists of 6 pieces of 4-ply Aramid reinforced silicone hoses that are specially made for Riffraff Diesel to withstand extreme temperatures to approximately 500 degrees F (vs. standard couplers that are good to 350 degrees F) and have been tested up to 150 psi working pressure.
Available in Blue, Red, and Black.
You will need to measure the inlet and outlet size of your intercooler to know what you have. We do not make a universal boot that fit both because fitment should be snug. Your metal intercooler tubes are 3" on all years so you don't even need a tape measure, just take off the boot, flip it around and see if it will fit on the inlet/outlet of the intercooler. If you need help with sizing please give us a call to ensure you get what you need.
We offer Early 99 plenum boots as well. These can be identified by the small 2" plenum inlet where the 99.5-03 have a 3" plenum intake and the truck production date would be 12/7/98 or before. If you need help with sizing please give us a call to ensure you get what you need. We also offer clamp kits if you are still running your stock Ford clamps.

Heavy Duty Kit

CAC Boots
Don’t have anything to compare them to other than the 18 year old originals. That being said it’s a huge improvement. I did the CCV mod so hopefully the intercooler pipes and the CAC boots stay clean etc.

Intercooler Boot Kit
The intercooler boots perform and look great. Ran up to 23psi with no problems. You will need new clamp bands to install as the stock ones are too small and usually covered in oil. Another quality part from Riffraff.

Really nice intercooler boots. Far superior to the stock boots.
I would highly recommend this boot kit for anyone with an older truck. You wont be disappointed. Plus these are actually cheaper than stock replacements.
