Complete CAC Intercooler Boot Kit - Ford 6.0L 03-07 F-Series

This complete kit consists of 4 pieces highly oil resistant 4-ply reinforced Aramid inner and a thin silicone outer for color and easy cleaning. Our CAC hoses are specially made for us to withstand extreme temperatures to approximately 550 degrees F (vs. standard couplers that are good to 350 degrees F) and have been tested up to 180 psi working pressure. We also offer clamp kits if you are still running your stock Ford clamps.

Available in Blue, Pink, Red and Black.

Note: Between 04-07 some models had a plastic driver side CAC tube instead of metal.  If this is the case you will need only the "Hot Side" kit that we offer. Does not fit Banks Techni-cooler or some aftermarket coolers.

For 03-07 6.0L Powerstroke F Series, doesn't fit E-Series. Does not fit Banks Technicooler Kits.

First time replacing CAC boots. After some prep, the boots went on easily and clamped down just fine. May have actually enjoyed the project!

+10 hp if you buy RED ones

Posted by Beau McDougal on Jan 17th 2018

I got the red ones for my truck. Fit perfectly and better quality than the ford ones. I looked at a couple different sites for these boots and I went with Riffraff.

    Love them!

Couldn't have asked for a better product and the salesman was awesome in helping me out. I recommend getting the clamps to go with these. The quality far exceeds anything ford would put out.

Boots work great with my stock steel tubes.

Posted by Unknown on Oct 14th 2017

Cleaned all the surfaces really good with brake cleaner and Emory cloth, I've already tested them on a 300 mile trip through the great Mojave desert with no problems whatsoever. I also, per reading the other reviews, purchased the Riffraff clamps, and would recommend that to others also, they worked great.

    Best boots for the money!

Posted by Brian M on Oct 1st 2017

These are among the best CAC boots that I have tried. The boots on both intercooler sides are long and I was able to put two clamps on the pipe side and 1 one the cooler side giving it a better reinforcement from blowing off. The clamps that I bought through riffraff are a much needed buy. You can apply more torque to these clamps to ease your mind on heavy toes with out it blowing off. Bought prior ones through another popular diesel vendor, the thick grey ones but they do not last long under extreme temps and just go soft and slide right off.

    Good tight fit.

These are thicker than OEM. The only difference is the OEM have a groove that will fit on the intercooler piping and these do not. These were tight to get on and building 35 psi on boost they have had no slipping no the piping.

    feels like quality

I bought these as a back up set and just stow them in my spare parts for off roading trips. They are twice the thickness as OEM boots but I have yet to use one from the set. I am confident they will perform flawlessly.
