I’ve had the full set of riffraff boots on all intercooler pipe connections on my 06 6.0 for about 4 years now. The other day I was under the hood checking things out and noticed a split on the hot side turbo boot. Although my factory ford boots have blown off on me, I never did have any of them fail and split on me like this and they were over 10 years old. One thing positive I can say about the riffraff boots though, is that they never have blown off on me, but then again, that might be because of the split. Who knows. This time around I think I will try s&b’s intercooler boots

Great upgrade to the stock 2004 boots that were soaked in oil and slick. The Riff Raff boots are thick and are snug, which I’d be surprised if they were to ever blow off. Very impressed and happy with this purchase!

These are the best boots I have run be far! Over 30psi all day long with no issues. Do yourself a favor and don't skip and get the best.

Have been running these since last winter and I am still just as happy with them as when first installed. My 2004 is pushing right at 40psi and these boots contain it with no issue. I recommend you upgrade yours before your on the side of the road.

The kit was very easy to install and looks to be made better than the Ford original equipment.

Boots seem fine, I was disappointed that the hot side boot at the inter cooler did not have the male inside rib that coincides with the grove in the factory hot pipe. This is always the connection that fails on my truck when it’s hot, and I’m pulling a trailer up hill. It is long enough though to double clamp. So that’s what I did. It’s holding for now. Not real happy.

I’ve had these on my personal truck for over 100k miles with no issues!
