Blue CPS
After a roadside breakdown, 2 grey part store cheapo CPS's, hours of data logging, checking wiring, connections, ICP sensor, and IPR. I swapped to this CPS and the truck is running as it should again. As it turns out this sensor was less expensive than the crap grey CPS's it replaced.

OEM PREFERRED
Going OEM Motorcraft for your 7.3 is never a bad choice! Purchased a used 7.3 where the owner had mentioned that he needed to change this sensor out multiple times. After reading up, this sensor should only be ran under Motorcraft, all others will burn out quick. Noticed an immediate change with engine performance once changed.

2002 f350
My engine started having a hesitation while driving and triggered a code. Using Forscan diagnostic software i determined the cps was malfunctioning. Riffraff sold me this replacement part which fit without problems and the truck runs fine again. Quick shipping and a quality part. I recommend the part as well as this business. I will buy from them again!

Improved MPG
I was getting 15.5mpg with an aftermarket CPS, about average from what I read. This OEM part smoothed out the idle and improved my mpg to 17.7! I highly reccomend it!

Lasted all of 2 days
Put this on Thursday afternoon and by Saturday it’s loping harder then a dodge and throwing check engine lights while I’m going down a mountain pass.

2000 7.3L Excursion starts right up
Had this guy installed recently. The truck is 20 years old and was still using the factory original. Excursion starts up faster and smoother than before.
