CAC 7.3L Intercooler Boot Kit
This kit includes 2 intercooler boots that are for a 7.3L intercooler inlet and outlet.
You will need to measure the inlet and outlet size of your intercooler to know what you have. We do not make a universal boot that fit both because fitment should be snug. Your metal intercooler tubes are 3" on all years so you don't even need a tape measure, just take off the boot, flip it around and see if it will fit on the inlet/outlet of the intercooler. If you need help with sizing please give us a call to ensure you get what you need. We also offer clamp kits if you are still running your stock Ford clamps.

Much thicker than stock
These are so much nicer than the stock boots. Much much thicker and fit well. No worries about blowing a boot now. I cheated when ordering by measuring the pipe/intercooler with calipers without removing instead of taking them off twice, once to measure and once to change like Riffraff recommends. Glad I added them to the truck.

Out with the ole blue and in with the new red
I set my waste gate to 28 PSI and the ole Ford blue hoses didn't like it. Replaced the ole blue with the red CAC hoses and no issues with air or oil any more. Not a lot of fun to change out, but definitely worth the hassle. They keep the air in and make my intercooler look sexy.

Great fit
The boot are nice and thick fit great. A must upgrade from the stock boots. I do recommend the clamp kit to go along with the boots.

Great product fast service
Couldn't believe how thick these boots are. No less than 3 times as thick as OEM. Like others commented I could barely get the original clamps over them. Fast service I will be ordering more from Riffraff
