CAC 7.3L Intercooler Boot Kit
This kit includes 2 intercooler boots that are for a 7.3L intercooler inlet and outlet.
You will need to measure the inlet and outlet size of your intercooler to know what you have. We do not make a universal boot that fit both because fitment should be snug. Your metal intercooler tubes are 3" on all years so you don't even need a tape measure, just take off the boot, flip it around and see if it will fit on the inlet/outlet of the intercooler. If you need help with sizing please give us a call to ensure you get what you need. We also offer clamp kits if you are still running your stock Ford clamps.

GAC intercooler boot kit
Great product, greater wall thickness than stock. Fit and look great. Make sure you order the clamps, your stock ones will not fit. One of my stock boots tore / blew out right at the edge of the clamp where it had gotten weak. After installing these I had 2 psi more peak boost than normal before the blow out, so I must have had other leaks I did not know about.

Fitment and Construction
The boots fit great. Ordered the 3x3.25 for my e99 and they fit amazing on the intercooler to the pipes. Had some frays that didn't seem too concerning. Put them on and they hold 45+ lbs without any slipping. I couldn't be happier.
