CAC 7.3L Intercooler Boot Kit
This kit includes 2 intercooler boots that are for a 7.3L intercooler inlet and outlet.
You will need to measure the inlet and outlet size of your intercooler to know what you have. We do not make a universal boot that fit both because fitment should be snug. Your metal intercooler tubes are 3" on all years so you don't even need a tape measure, just take off the boot, flip it around and see if it will fit on the inlet/outlet of the intercooler. If you need help with sizing please give us a call to ensure you get what you need. We also offer clamp kits if you are still running your stock Ford clamps.

Intercooler boots
I bought the red ones. They are more pink then red. Quality is fantastic, but if you are trying to customize with a color scheme they will not match. I suggest just get the black ones.

I waited too long to do this. Think long think wrong
My 7.3 is making good boost again. No more oil seeping too. If your boots are old oem and oily, just do it.

Better then stock but they still blow
Had them for a while, one just blew a nice 3 finger hole in the middle of it Ordering a second set if i cant find a stronger brand.

Made from great material but the boots are too large for the turbo pipes. 3" was the smallest size available but my stock pipes are 1/8" smaller. Couldn't get a seal during the pressure test.
