Worked for my 1997 f350 7.3 powerstroke but I had to remove and use the pulley off the original motorcraft alternator (8-groove pulley) as this comes with a 6-groove pulley that won't accommodate the serpentine belt off the '97 f350 7.3. seems like a great alternator but that pulley was a pain to swap out as my impact driver didn't have enough power to get it off so I had to do some redneck engineering lol
