Anti-Surge Compressor Wheel
These are 94.5-Early 99 Powerstroke compressor wheels used to minimize surge on the 99.5-03 7.3L. Similarly known as "Wicked Wheels", these wheels feature a "lowered vane" design which increases and improves flow throughout the rpm ranges.

good for price
Great for the money but it a little heavier than stock takes just a little longer
to spool but I still have no complaints -
ANTI-SURGE COMPRESSOR WHEEL
Once you've got the turbo out this is a fairly easy install, better spool up, less or no surging and a very reasonable price, definitely different than the stock wheel. This will not give noticeable seat of the pants perfomance gains, there are other more expensive wheels for that.

Easy install, and will hold me over until I get enough money for the upgraded billet compressor wheel. No more surge and I am back on the road thanks to fast shipping.

Turbo surge
With my tuner, I was getting too much boost under heavy loads at low engine speeds with he stock wheel on my 01 7.3. This caused me to have to back off the throttle and loose momentum pulling hills.
Replaced my stock wheel with this one and problem solved. Seems to spool faster now and I still get full boost at the higher RPMs. So far I am very happy with it, but haven’t towed heavy with it yet. Not expecting any more surge problems though. -
Turbo wheel
Direct replacement wheel for factory turbo. Haven’t drove this one with a load yet to see if it surges but others I have done in the past worked.

Cure for the surge
Performed better than expected. Gained more boost, response and most importantly turbo surge is gone. Another great product by Riff Raff.
