Air Intake Heater Plug Code Eliminator for Ford 7.3L 99.5-03

  • Code P0541 is detected and logged during a diagnostics scan of specific sensors by the PCM at start, when the Air Intake Heater plug is disconnected.
  • The harness, used in conjunction with the AIH plug will stop the PCM from throwing the P0541 code "Intake Air Heater Relay 1 Low".
  • More than just a wire!
  • Easy to install.
  • Use it when you remove the AIH.
  • Built for exact fit.

ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS REMOVE THE EXISTING WIRE FROM THE SOLENOID, THEN HOOK UP THIS WIRE AND RUN THE OTHER END TO GROUND.

A must have for the AIH delete. Leave blue wire on, remove factory wires to AIH. Ground to AC mounting bolt. Very easy and clean.

    Must Have Time Saver!

This is an excellent little pig tail needed to be installed after deleting the Air Intake Heater. Why try to run around and piece something together Riff Raff has already taken the time to do for you?

    Thanks again Riff Raff!

No codes, so it is doing its job. Also attached to an A/C compressor mounting bolt.

Deleted my AIH, and didn't want a code. This did the job.
Hooks up to the "hot" side of the solenoid, and goes to a ground. It literally replaced the AIH + service wire. I grounded mine the the bracket in front of the fuel bowl.
