7.3L Power Stroke AFe Bladerunner Intake Manifold - 46-10061

The new Bladerunner manifold kit for the popular 7.3L Power Stroke is constructed of cast A356-T6 aluminum and features the patented MDV (Multiple Directional Vane) technology which helps increase intake velocity for increased flow, lower EGT's, improved MPG and faster turbo spool up times.  This system contains one Bladerunner intake manifold which outflows the factory unit by 18% and one Bladerunner turbo outlet manifold that outflows the factory unit by 15%.  This is a direct bolt-on system with all hardware and brackets required for an easy installation. These manifolds also come with 1/8" NPT ports for nitrous, gauges or testing probes.

Fits: 1999.5-2003 Ford Powerstroke 7.3L

    Great product

Great product, but expensive for what it is. There are a lot of alternatives that are about as good for way less money if you don't need as many ports.

The hot side charge pipe is not the best design because it doesn’t line up unless you cut the bolt that pushes the charge pipe back otherwise it is worth the money don’t have any other problem it doesn’t get ass hot I build boost a lot better.

    Intake temp sensor

Posted by Brennon on Aug 30th 2021

The instructions say you have to plug the temp sensor before installation, on my truck the harness was not at all long enough. I had to extend it to make it work. Other than that, everything was smooth

    Couldn’t be happier

Posted by jacob kepner on Apr 20th 2021

I read a lot of comments before purchasing this item and a bunch of people commented that the bracket is worthless. That is not the case if you take your time and have attention to detail this is a breeze to install. I am completely happy and have nothing bad to say about this product would recommend to anyone. And not to mention you get free stickers everyone loves free stickers lol

    Definite improvement

Posted by Jeffrey Russ on Jun 2nd 2020

Overall the kit is excellent. I had a definite airflow improvement. The bolts supplied for bracket to engine were an incorrect size, but easily fixed with a run to the parts store. The bracket had to be “tweaked” to bolt up to the manifold.

    Nice upgrade

Fast shipping, and Clay is always a great help. After adding this manifold, EBPV delete kit, banjo bolts, and braided fuel lines, I definitely noticed a difference.

    AFR Intake

I can’t speak to any performance improvements because I did multiple upgrades like the FRX, banjo bolts, the fuel bowel mod, and the GTP38R. What I can say is I like the concept of it being two pieces and the install was somewhat easy. I gave a 4 because someone got a little happy with a grinder and the AFE emblem looks kinda crappy. It wasn’t enough to justify returning it in my opinion. I see a lot of comments about the bracket not lining up, mine went in fine. There are two sets of holes in the top of the motor, the set closest to the firewall is offset and won’t line up, the set closer to front lines up fine. I will say if you buy the oil crossover the bracket and the crossover literally are bound against each other. Don’t give up on the bracket because the whole assembly can use some stability because boots are all that are holding the Y in place. Especially if you are running higher boost.

EGTs at 75 mph are at just under 600%
