Ford 7.3L Powerstroke Fuel Filter 94-98

This is the OEM fuel filter for the Ford Powerstroke 7.3L '94-'98. Racor manufactures this filter for Motorcraft. It will not come with a fancy Motorcraft box but it is the same filter you would find at a Ford dealer at a fraction of the cost. We also have the OEM filter lid if you've misplaced yours.

Didn't quite fit into my cap as nice as I had hoped, but I have an aftermarket cap on.

This was the wrong filter. My filter needed a screw on design. The filter looked like great quality though. Haha

OE Filter - Works as it should

Posted by Ron Schmidt on Sep 11th 2020

This is a good filter at the right price. Racor makes them for Ford to my knowledge, so its an OE filter.

    The way to go

Posted by Jesse on Jul 9th 2020

Filter seems high quality, as I'd expect for an OE product. Tabs that clip into the filter cap were bent in when I received it, so it would fall out of the cap if shaken. Bent tabs back and it was fine. Have to make sure the tapered gasket sits in the fuel bowl or you will have a fuel leak, not the best design in my opinion but once it's seated and the cap is tight there is no problem from what I can tell.
