In Conjunction with the Baldwin 6637 they are a great Idea.
Most of my driving is on dirt roads and every 500 I hand wash the cover. I have 2 in circulation and they dry quick. Thanks again Riffraff. -

Got the Riffraff Diesel 6637 Filter Kit and installed it the same day. Did exactly what I read about on all the web sites. Way better than the stock unit on my 16 year 193,000 plus mile 7.3L F250. Great price too.

These covers do their job. I just checked my filter, and while it's getting close to time to change it, it definitely has life yet left in it after a bunch of miles. I had a battery incident that spattered stuff all over the place and singed the cover, so I grabbed a second one just in case!
