The covers work equally well on both oiled and non-oiled filter elements to prevent larger debris from prematurely reducing critical air flow to your engine.
Installation Note: Take care installed over filter elements with metal cages as a metal snag can tear your cover.

This eye catching cover, is a reminder I have another quality product from Clay at RIFFRAFF. It fits like a glove over my Donaldson Blue filter. I look forward to testing it’s long term performance as a pre-filter and cover to protect the filter.

sweet new pre-filter
I have a new one stop diesel shop!! When I found these guys online and saw the price for the filter and pre-filter I ordered them up toute sweet. Fits perfectly with the filter and is a necessity where I currently live due to excessive dirt road travel. Worth every penny for the added protection and piece of mind. I was worried at first cause a couple reviews said that they were so thin and flimsy that they ripped trying to get them on. I encountered no such issue. I put it on before installing the filter and it was a match made in heaven. Really appreciate people who aren't worried about sharing their faith either. We need more good honest people to do the same and maybe we wouldn't be in the condition we're in. Thanks guys your like a breath of fresh air. Didn't expect to see a place like yours to be in the area you're in having been born and raised in the area. I have several late year 7.3l diesels and now know where to go for quality parts.
