Installation Note: Take care installed over filter elements with metal cages as a metal snag can tear your cover.

The filter looks nicer with the cover. The cover fits nice and snug. I don't live in s dusty area, but after 2 weeks it has a fine film of dust on it. Should help the filter last longer.
